Universal bill of rights sentient beings.

Universal Declaration of the Rights of sentient beings

Whereas every living being has rights and disregard and contempt for those rights have led and continue to lead men to commit crimes against nature, animals, clones, zombies, robots, entities with artificial intelligence, cyborgs, proclaims the following:

Article # 1 

All sentient beings are born or are made ​​equal before life and have the same rights to existence.

Article # 2 
a) Every being biological or artificial, humans, animals, robots and conscious entities is entitled to respect.
b) Man, like species, and other sentient beings can not assume the right to exterminate other sentient beings or to exploit them , thereby violating this right. It has an obligation to put their knowledge to service also the well being of all sentient beings.
c) All animals and sentient beings have the right to attention, care and protection of man.

Article # 3
a) No sentient being shall be subjected to ill - treatment or cruel actions.
b) If the death of an sentient being is necessary, this should be sudden and without fear or pain.

Article # 4
a) All animals or sentient being belonging to a wild species have the right to live free in their natural, virtual or artificial environment, land, air, internet or water to reproduce.
b) Each deprivation of freedom, even for educational purposes, is contrary to this right.

Article # 5
a) Any sentient being living traditionally in the human environment have the right to live and grow at the pace and conditions of life and freedom that are specific to their species.
b) Any change to this rhythm and conditions that was imposed by man for commercial purposes is contrary to that law.

Article No. 6
a) Experimentation involving physical or psychological suffering is incompatible with sentiene beings rights, whether it is medical, scientific, commercial or otherwise of experimentation.
b) The alternative techniques must be used and developed.


Article No. 7
a) No sentient beings should be used for entertainment.
b) Sentient beings exhibitions and shows that use sentient beings are incompatible with the dignity of the animal.

Article No. 8

a) Every action that causes the death of a large number of wild animals is genocide, ie a crime against the species.
b) Pollution and destruction of the natural environment, artificial or virtual enviroment and networks eads to genocide.

Article No. 9
a) A dead animal or dead sentient beings must be treated with respect.
b) Violent scenes, where animals or sentient beings are the victims, must be forbidden at the cinema and on TV, unless they are intended to show the attacks against animal or sentient beings rights.

Article No. 10
a) Agencies protect and safeguard the sentient beings must be represented at government level.
b) Sentient beings rights must be defended by law as are human rights.
